Beans
This past summer has been hot and dry which made growing plants a bit challenging. We decided to wait until the tail end of summer to start planting again. Almost Harvest Time
Some of the plants are ready to harvest. Here is a variety of beans called Dragon’s Tongue with varying shades that I harvested so that each plant will keep producing. I hope more plants are ready by next week so that I can harvest and give them to my CSA subscribers.

Post Hurricane Lester Harvest Update
